Please remember, the home is limited to a max of 2 dogs. There is a $200/ non refundable pet fee per dog. All dogs must be 12+ months of age, crate trained, housebroken and well mannered. Please keep pets leashed when outside. There is parking for 2-4 vehicles dependent on size. No street parking is allowed. Check in is based on Eastern Time zone. A rental agreement will be sent before check in for the golf cart release. Please do not flush anything down the toilet outside of toilet paper. No glitter No fish cleaning on premises. No boat/trailer parking. Renter must be 25+ years of age. Please note home has audio and video recording capabilities on exterior front & back of home.

Our stay at the home on Needle Drive was amazing! It truly felt like a home away from home; clean, cozy, and perfect for our family spring break.The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, and the house comfortably fit our group including seven children. The bunk beds were great, and the furniture was very comfortable. I really appreciated how spotless everything was. We also appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the fully stocked supplies to the toys and games. The dinosaur coloring books, Uno, Jenga, and outdoor Connect Four kept the kids entertained. The beach gear was a huge bonus, we didn’t have to bring anything! The bikes and golf cart (with bluetooth speakers, a charger, and seatbelts) were also highlights and made the trip even more fun. The homeowners made everything so easy with a website sent at check-in that included all instructions, rules, and local recommendations. Overall, an incredible stay, we would definitely book again!

Our family loved the time spent at this property. The open floor plan was perfect to share time, and the porch furniture was super comfortable to enjoy morning coffee or evening game time with the crew. The owners were spot on with plenty suggestions and the house was stocked with everything you need for the beach. We will be back.

Wonderful stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. As someone sensitive to mold and fragrances, I especially appreciated how fresh and clean the house felt. The neighborhood was safe and the location was perfect for the beach and town. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook with and the kids to play with all week. and we appreciate it having the golf cart and bikes. And CC was amazing to work with all our last minute request. We would happily stay here again.

This place was amazing my family and I loved the house and the beautiful area. Very quiet and peaceful and kid and pet friendly. 10/10 woukd recommend. We will be for sure! Cc was very helpful with everything and even left little surprises for the little ones we brought along! We couldn’t have chosen a better host and place to stay!
